

The Experience
Kids On Stage is proud to continue the KOS Dreamer Program as part of our upcoming production of Winnie the Pooh KIDS! This hands-on, behind-the-scenes program offers teenagers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain real-world theater experience, and support our youngest cast members throughout the rehearsal and performance process.
Dreamers will work alongside our Dream Team to help bring the Hundred Acre Wood to life. From assisting in rehearsals to organizing costumes, leading warm-ups, or creating promotional content, Dreamers will play a key role in making the magic happen.

Requirements To Participate
To be eligible for the KOS Dreamers Intership program, participants must:

Be between the ages of 13–18

​Have a genuine interest in theater, leadership, or working with young cast members

Be currently enrolled in the Fall Production of Madagascar- A Musical Adventure JR
- Commit to attending Dreamer Meetings (Schedule Below)

Be available to support all rehearsals and performances.

Complete the intern application form & have a parent/guardian complete the parent questionnaire.

​Demonstrate responsibility and professionalism. Dreamers are expected to be respectful, punctual, and a positive role model for younger cast members.
​
Please note that space is limited, and not all applicants will be accepted. Selections will be based on enthusiasm, availability, leadership potential, and fit within the team. All applicants will be notified after the review process is complete.

Schedule
The KOS Dreamer program runs alongside rehearsals for Winnie the Pooh KIDS and includes a combination of team meetings, rehearsal support, and Tech week commitments.

Dreamers will be expected to attend team meetings held in Winterville, NC (address provided upon acceptance) and all rehearsals & performances held at the Greene County Wellness Center.
​
As a Dreamer, you will be part of the Dream Team, and that means setting a great example for our younger cast members. We expect all Dreamers to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute at every rehearsal, meeting, and event.

Part 2- Parent/Guardian Questionnaire
To help us get a complete picture, we also request a brief form from a parent or guardian. This helps us to confirm support for the student's participation and ensure open communication with all parties throughout the process.

Both forms are due August 13, 2025. Notifications will go out by August 20, 2025. The first meeting is August 27, 2025.
