Parker Harris is the Founder and Artistic Director of Kids On Stage. He is a rising Junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Human and Organizational Leadership and Development (HOLD) and Dramatic Art with a minor in Theater Management. At Kids On Stage, he has helmed innovative productions like Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and the World Premiere of A Country Carol, in which he wrote the book. He also coaches the KOS All Star Team as they prepare to travel to the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, GA.
In 2019, he was awarded the Freddie G Inspiration Award for his work in our community by iTheatrics at the Junior Theater Festival. His work can also be found around the Triangle with productions of Mary Poppins JR (Choreographer & Co-Director) and Disney’s Descendants (Music Director).

Shaina began her serious dance training at the age of 8 years old with the Ballet Regent School in Saratoga Springs, NY. Under the direction of former New York City Ballet dancer, the late R. Michael Steele, she performed various works by George Balanchine, Marius Petipa, and other prolific choreographers. She has danced featured roles in such ballets as The Nutcracker, Coppélia, Paquita, and Cinderella. She began teaching at the age of 15 and at 18 was choreographing and staging performances for the school. Shaina moved to North Carolina in the spring of 2007 and began teaching and choreographing with The Greenville Civic Ballet School as well as their pre-professional company The Dance Collective that same year. Shaina has two children, Aly and Reagan, who joined the Kids On Stage family during the summer of 2020 with HEAL. Shaina was thrilled when Parker asked her to join the KOS Dream Team in the Fall of 2020 with Descendants and has had the time of her life working with KOS over the last year.

Suzanne has been with Kids On Stage since the beginning. She is a rising Senior at East Carolina University studying Communications with a concentration in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication after transferring from UNCG.
